🚫 Sermorelin Contraindications

Sermorelin should not be used in patients with:

1. Active cancer or suspected malignancy
   • Sermorelin stimulates growth hormone release, which can potentially accelerate tumor growth.
2. Known hypersensitivity to Sermorelin or any of its components
   • Rare but possible allergic reactions.
3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding
   • Safety has not been established; avoid use.
4. Children or adolescents with closed epiphyses
   • Growth hormone stimulation is contraindicated once growth plates are closed.
5. Severe illness or acute critical states (e.g., post-surgery, trauma, respiratory failure)
   • Growth hormone stimulation may worsen outcomes in these conditions.

• Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance – Sermorelin can affect insulin sensitivity.
• Hypothyroidism – untreated hypothyroidism may blunt effects.
