Lab Testing/Analysis

1. Laboratory Services:

• The fee you are paying for laboratory services includes only the cost of the lab tests and a complete lab analysis.
• This fee does not include a personalized one-on-one follow-up visit with a provider.
• Once your fee is paid you will be sent an order that you can take to the closest LabCorp Office or you can walk in to the clinic and have your blood collected in house.

2. Follow-Up Visit:

• If you would like a personalized one-on-one follow-up visit to discuss your lab results in detail, you will need to schedule this appointment within one week of receiving your lab report.
• Please note that our office does not accept insurance for these services.

3. Follow-Up Visit Fees:

• The cost of a follow-up visit depends on the time spent with the provider and ranges from $85 to $165.

4. Option for PCP Annual Wellness Exam:

• You also have the option to take your lab results to your primary care provider (PCP) for your annual wellness exam.

5. Important Note:

• West Texas Optimal Health should NOT take the place of your normal PCP. Our services are meant to complement your primary care, not replace it. It is important to continue regular visits with your PCP for comprehensive healthcare management.
